01To candidates
PII stripped before any AI reads a CV, application data deleted automatically after 24 months (not on request-only), and a right to human review of any decision an automated score influenced.
02To recruiters and employers
A published, reproducible scoring formula rather than a black box; usage limits stated plainly by plan rather than buried; and no per-job-posting or per-click distribution fee on top of your subscription.
03To the hiring industry generally
Publishing the CMS methodology as a citable academic paper (Syed, A. H., 2026) rather than treating it as proprietary — the arithmetic behind every score on this platform is something a data science team can independently verify.
04How to actually hold us to these
Each commitment above maps to something you can check without taking our word for it. The scoring formula: take any score's dimension-level output and recompute CMS = Σ(CSS×JRIS)/Σ(JRIS) by hand — the CMS page includes a worked example to check your arithmetic against. The pricing claims: every plan limit is on the public pricing page, so "usage limits stated plainly" is verifiable in one click. The privacy commitments: retention, PII stripping, and the human-review right are written into the Privacy Policy as policy, not marketing — which makes them the kind of statement a regulator can hold against us. A commitment you can't test is a slogan; these are structured to be testable.
05What happens when we fall short
No platform gets everything right continuously, and pretending otherwise would undercut the whole page. When something breaks — a bug, an outage, a scoring behaviour that doesn't match what's documented — the commitment is to fix it and be straight about what happened, through the Support Center for product issues and security@expertini.com for anything security-relevant (reported privately first, per the Security Center disclosure process). We'd rather keep this page slightly uncomfortable to live up to than water it down to something that's always technically true.
